My Computer career

I, admittedly, didn't start playing with computers at a very young age so it didn't become an interest from an early age. However, because I was older when I discovered the world of computers (around 10-11), it was a more spectacular experience. Furthermore it became a more interesting subject to me because of how much fun it seemed to be. After being introduced to my first proper computer I swiftly began playing games, this is because I had lots of fun with the GameBoy playing mostly Pokémon games and wanted to take gaming to a higher level so I started with some pretty crap games that I got purely because I was old enough to get them. A few years later, our family bought a gaming PC and my brother and I quickly dived into the world of high end gaming, playing a range of great games (mostly discovered by my brother), concequently my gaming knowledge and inspiration mostly comes from my brother. I think the main reason for me choosing to do Computing A-level would be because of the enjoyment I had with games and how intersting it would be to find out the mapping behind all the games I have played. I intend to do the full 2 year course and I'm aiming to come out of it with at least a C/B grade and possibly think about my career after 6th Form. :)
